Can someone who knows or has been through it can walk me through buying a car here. I have no FM2 or residence card but just bought I condo here to come in winter etc. I understand I cannot put the car in my name but is not a problem to put in friends name and to proceed like that. Can anyone who’s been thru it walk me thru it?
