Amazon Kindle - Anybody got one?

This was on the front page of Amazon's site just now.. $259 with free US shipping.... says on the bottom;

"When traveling abroad, you can download books wirelessly from the Kindle Store or your Archived Items. U.S. customers will be charged a fee of $1.99 for international downloads. "

So.. I'm wondering if you'll get charged $1.99 every time your kindle hops online to get the newspaper in the morning....
