Totally agree It's about finding the best fit for you, so that you can be consistent. Good nutrition is KEY! I'm all about BeachBody programs. They are just the best fit for my life. Some people love the gym. Others outdoors things. Some people are totally into tracking their nutrients to the macro level. I'm all about the easiest, quickest thing with the most bang for my buck Rivercity - you do my burpees, I'll do your cardio!
i agree with rivercity maxxx. im in a gain cycle until feb. start cutting feb for arrival date of april 29. hope to be around 230. i hate cardio as well!!
We try to "go on vacation" each season, so there's not enough time in-between to get all screwed-up and fat!
Photographic evidence is always helpful in determining whether one's breasts fits in the top or nicely expands out the top! Well I lied - topless pictures are always more appreciated!
Gotta agree with Luv. Naked boob pics Rock! Another good method is to take before photos tho too.... and measurements. Sometimes those are far more rewarding than the scale I know for me they sure have been. Anybody feel like giving me some love? We were definitely guilty of this this past year.. we worked out really hard from January - May 5-6 days a week and then after the trip we didnt see the gym again until August. We've been going super steady since August and are going to TTR again in May. I told Tony we cant stop after the trip this time!
Last year,we went to Desire and my hubby dropped 40lbs but six months ago we let ourselves go diet and excercise wise and he gained them back and went like that to TTR last month. We had a blast and met a lot of people and altough he felt a bit uncomfortable with the weight back that didn't stop him from having loads of fun as he mentioned that people there where not into judgeing other people. That said we booked for june as soon as we arrived back home and he's started to watch his diet and is ready (and I'm too) to start working out in january and be ready for the june trip.
