AlphaRooms Question for those that have used them before

Ok guys thanks for putting our mind at ease. We bring the email

 

We just returned from TTR last night after using Alpharooms for the first time. We had no issues whatsoever...

 

Now after taking some above advise we contacted TTR directly. They DO NOT have our info. This is crazy since we resv and paid for it May 14th. See people.... lol This is why was was worrried with our docs. ;(

 

According to Steve TTR won't receive the booking until about a month before your arrival. No need to worry about this (yet).

 

Hmmm we will be there in 14 days. Sorry I'm worried

 

the hotel is probably not booked to full capacity. i wouldnt worry if you call and speak to someone who couldnt find your reservation as long as you have the voucher. a couple of years ago we met a couple at the pool that had booked through orbitz and when they tried to check in the desk couldnt "find" record of a reservation. they said the manager asked for the travel docs, gave them bracelets and a room and told them not to worry they would figure it out.
the funny thing was they told me the next day that when they said they "just got confirmation" of the reservation the print out that they showed them was dated several days before the check in. :icon_rolleyes::icon_rolleyes:

dont stress, i have been there a few times and used to be a timeshare owner before they went to the new premier system and several times they couldnt find record that i had paid and they checked me in anyway until they "found" it.

my october trip is the 4th time in the last 17 months i have used alpharooms for TTR and i have never felt the need to confirm the reservation.

Thanks man! Plane tickets are bought so we are going Guess we won't worry bout it.

 

I would send alpha an email and reconfirm with them.

if they say everything is fine...then i would not worry about it.

they do a ton of stays, and have always done well by me at TTR.
