What everyone needs to understand is that when you book with alpha rooms, orbitz, expedia, or similar...........those companies are buying "blocks" of the cheapest rooms at the given resort..........so if you book through the discount agencies......don't expect the better.......much less the best rooms at any given resort! Tramp has brokered rooms for years and years. If you are insistent on a great room......pay the up charge.......OR........be prepared for a "cheeeeeeeep" room! Them is the facts!

Basically ,,reg rooms, ocean front, Jaccuzi rooms, Jaccuzi suites ,and Premier rooms. doesn't matter who you use you get the room that opens up. Don't like the room , go down to the lobby and they will move you tomorrow.
I just wanted to post and let everyone know how awesome Sarah is from Alpharooms! She saw my question, wrote me a PM and looked into our reservation for us. It turns out we are confirmed for TTR but our flights are still unconfirmed, which is why our reservation is still up in the air. I couldn't believe when I saw her message this morning that she took the time to respond, and check our reservation. What a great representative for their company! Fingers crossed our flights are confirmed ASAP.
