WE HAVE USED THEM LOTS. WE FOUND IF YOU PAY IN FULL ALL IS SMOOTH. LAST BOOKING WE PAID THE $10 FEE WHEN WE WENT TO PAY IN FULL DECLINED. WE WERE EMAILED BY AMEX ABOUT A FRAUD ALERT! CALLED AMEX AND ALL GOOD. THAY TAKE A DOLLER PRE AUTH FOR THE REMAINDER OF TRIP. AMEX SAW $10 THAN$1 A FEW SECONDS LATER AND FROSE MY ACCOUNT. I did get a reply from Alpha Rooms after sending a message to customer support as Wild1s suggested. They said that the balance would be automatically taken when due, but gave a phone number to call to make the payment sooner. Don't think I will chance waiting till the last minute, and hoping that it goes through automatically.
