Resolved...sorta Finally was able to contact Alpha by phone,they informed me I had not booked transfer at all through them,I could argue all day but decided it was not worth the effort.My voucher does not show the transfer on it,We sat side by side the night we booked deciding if we should do the transfer through them so we know we did book it.Lesson learned,we will continue to book through Alpha when we can but as Steve suggested we will book transportation on our own.
ALPHA ROOMS LOOKING FOR SOME PEOPEL WHO HAVE EXPERIENCE USING THIS SITE, AND IF THERE EVER HAS BEEN ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE ROOM BOOKINGS? PLEASE ADVISE.
We used Brant for our transfer and were more than happy also. Alpharooms was awesome for the room rate. We had no problem with our booking of the room.
