Alpha Room Problem

That just doesn't make any sense as we got our booking for the exact same dates because glenn/monique made a name change to their original reservation. We got a new itinerary number with my name as the lead passenger and everything, September 1-8, exact same dates.

nope, it doesn't and I remembered that someone had done that and I told them that. And that is why I made the decision to pay the remaining balance and try to find someone on here that wanted it.

 

Steve is right, I would go through Sarah, I've seen a few people get the help they needed through her.

You could always wait for all four of you to check in together. james checks in under his name and gets a wrist band with the other person's wife. Kristy checks in under her sister's name (borrow any id from sister, doesn't really matter what the picture looks like) and gets a wrist band with the other person's hubby, and then you guys get two rooms and all your wrist bands. :xyxthumbs:

 

It was for Griffrhys and he has already booked again because he would lose his flight money.

 

So my $1600 vacation became $2100, I see how they get their money back when they advertise low rates. I have thought about just canceling and changing my flight to somewhere else or a different time so I can find another resort.
