I'll be posting pics when I get home and you'll see what I'm talking about, my eye is swollen closed and the lid and cheek are blood red with bruising and I need surgery on my nose which I'm not wanting to have done here. I'm really sad that I won't get to hang out with everyone now

Sorry to hear this happened. I'm going to PM you my tel no in case you need some proper medical attention and any help before you leave. I would have to say you'll get nowhere trying to sue them so my advice is not to even try. Were they negligent in any case or was it alcohol related? Anyway you'll have my number and call me if you need to.
Wasn't alcohol related, hasn't been drinking during the day and was only at the club for an hour. But anyway it was the travel insurance compay who mentioned the sueing, I wouldn't even think of it.
