Only thing I can think about the "watered down" comment is because of all the ice that you get in cocktails..... after 15 mins in the sun then yeah the drinks are watered down, but only cos the ice has melted! Simple solution... drink faster! :D

Thanks, I know there is all kinds of information out there, I just wanted to hear from people who have been there and had a great experience. I am counting down the days until we go, I think we will love it.

We just got back. The bars had Beefeater Gin, Smirnoff Vodka, Jose Cuervo Tequila, Bacardi Rum, XX Beer, Johnny Walker, and Jim Beam but you HAVE to ask for them or you get the RAIL liquor. Nothing wrong with any of those choices!!

    Enjoy!

If you don't like the selection you can always go across the street & purchase your own. Thats what I did to the tune of 2-1/2 gallons & 1-1\5
of Crown Royal along w\a $10 tip per day the guys will stash it below the bar just for you. :beerdrink:

The drinks at Temptations were not watered down at all, on the second day I found that the sun and the drinks did not make for a good mix, I drink rum and coke and they always poured Bacardi... no worries on this one, never once did I see them short a shot, actually most of the bartenders if tipped will pour you double shots and keep them that way for your entire vacation... enjoy! But remember tipping makes all the difference!

These guys are great and don't make much so the extra money does make them pay attention to not only what you drink but how fast you get served!

    cheers

    Bern and Steve

    mmmmm... Jim Beam...

This means I don't have to buy my own... But I'll still bring some Jack Daniels, can't be too far from that stuff.
