We have used Grayline the 4 times we have traveled to the resort. We have reserved on Orbitz & never had any trouble.
Just a little info if you have never been to Cabo. After you collect your luggage and you exit the baggage area, take the doors to the right which goes into another part of the airport where all the time share employees are located. Just keep going towards the exit & the people from Grayline are on the outside of the airport. Those time share employees will tell you anything to get your attention, if you don't want to bother, go straight outside & look for the employee with the Grayline shirt.
We used Trans Cabo last May they have a desk set up right in the lobby of the resort. Very clean vans and English speaking drivers!
