You should be fine but they might not be as fast to get you away from the airport. You will probably be asked(or required?) to meet with the best day travel rep at the resort. I think they share the office outside the sports bar. I recall seeing a guy with best day travel on his shirt when we were there in march. We had a traffictours transfer set up through delta once and we met them in that office.( They will keep calling your room.) They want to show you all the other excursions they offer. We used USA Transfers on our 1st, 3rd and 4th visits. We turned down the included transfers on trips 3 and 4. Either way, you will love the place once you get there. Enjoy. I've used Best Day to other resorts as well. They're reputable...but if I were you, I'd cancel that reservation with Travelocity and book with USA Transfer using the link on CancunCare. You don't want to stop at three resorts before you get to Temptation...and you certainly don't want to wait and wait at the airport for them to fill their van with other passengers before you can leave. USA Transfer is the only way to go!!
We used Best the first year we went. We did not have a problem. It was a shared transfer so it took a little longer to get to the resort with the other stops. We booked through Expedia and didn't have any other knowledge at that time. I have no complaints about the company but we have used USA Transfer every year after
We used best day before, because it was an easy add-on when I booked a package trip. It was also before I fully knew about USA transfer. It definitely added at least an hour to our arrival. I even tried to tip the guy ahead to make us first, but it didn't work. Everything else about the company was great, except the extra time. My wife was so happy last year when I basically surprised her with the USA transfer. She was like "Wait what! It's just us and only 55 bucks". Airport to hotel 25 minutes tops.
Question, the resort is picking us up at the airport, who do they use and will be straight to the resort or hitting other resorts? CP

Our first trip we got tipped off to USA Transfers we used them to get to the resort and took the milk run back we figured get us to the resort to start our vacation as quick as possible. On the way back to the airport we took the shuttle provided with our package we thought hey we're at the end of our vacation who cares how long it takes to get to the airport. But now we just book USA Transfers both ways we've always had top notch service " knock on wood " and except for the one driver who spoke exclusively Spanish ( wish I spoke it) we've been able to ask questions along the way and learn a little bit about things on the trip to the resort. Like along the route there's a Mayan family that has a house on the divided median. And the one driver who has a brother driving shuttle in Acapulco but wishes he was in Cancun.
