Hi, We booked our transfer to the resort via Temptation. We heard the airport exit can get hectic how do we find our driver? Are they usually waiting with a sign? Or is there a specific area we should head to? Thanks
I would guess it's through USA Transfers. Walk through sea of timeshare people and out door, it will be a bit crazy, USA is usually straight ahead ,although sometimes a bit to the right in the cluster of all the other tranportion companies . They will have a sign also all wear white shirts, with USA logo on them. They will check you in and escort you to vehicle.
Bumping this with another follow up question. Has anyone who's booked transport via Temptation resort know when approximately they will email you a voucher for the ride?
Check you resort confirmation email , I think you.may have a link that takes you to USA transfer to fill out. I would think if its paid for or part of your package then you would then choose complimentary for payment. We are premier and that is how we have to do it. The transfer company doesn't contact us til after we fill it all.out then they confirm our pick ups.
For those interested we did receive our vouchers for transport the resort uses a company called Aventour. 4 days and counting...
I see it's been a while since you've posted, but I just wanted to ask if anyone has recently used eTransfers or Canada Transfers again? I'm heading back soon and wondering if prices or service have changed lately. I used Canada Transfers a couple years ago and they were great, but I'm open to trying another one if folks have had better recent experiences. What's been working best lately?
It’s really not that bad getting through. Once you enter the walkway of timeshares just don’t make eye contact and don’t let no one take your bags. Once you enter the outside, you will just look for somebody holding up a sign with the name of your transportation on it, and they will usually have a clipboard with your name and get you loaded,
Here's what it may look like. I've taken some photos over the years. The Walkway of Doom: the hallway you walk through as you clear Customs and any bag checks (they are random) It leads to the outside. It is the walkway of "doom" because many polite, professional-looking agents will try to get your attention, saying things like "your reservation is here!", "sir, you dropped something!", or "may I see your transportation info?" Avoid eye contact, do not engage, no matter how rude you think you seem. Don't be aggressive or combative, just ignore them and walk through to the outside. Once outside, there will be a flurry of people. You just have to keep your eyes open for the sign with their company (your transportation company) and your name:
