Have used USA for years. Once I book that part of the trip I know we are getting close. This time when I booked, I got a text asking me to download and use their ap!! I definitely did that! Now I don't have to keep track of where I put my paper!
We downloaded the ap, and used it as well. We had flights changed last minute on the last trip, different times, and airlines, and made the changes using the ap. Everything got corrected without any problems.
