We always take the trip through the town also, nice to see how it changes over time.....not much. $40 or $45 depending on quote and you can usually find someone returning at the same time in the lobby that will reduce your return cost.

Do the Airport Shuttle companies make you wait around for an hour waiting on more people or shuffle you to your hotel rather quickly? We arrive about 3pm.

$11 a person from these guys seems almost too cheap!
Cabo San Lucas Airport Shuttle - Los Cabos, San Jose del Cabo

We'd prefer to pre-pay rather than deal with cash transactions at the airport.

I have pre-booked shared shuttles in Cabo for about $60 pp for 2 round trip
I think it was Grayline,, They use small minivans and only take 2 or 3 couples, and you there pretty quick.
When leaving the airport beware of the timeshare people, go straight outside after immigration and meet your shuttle outside.
    See you at the pool

We used to take Grayline but we got tired of waiting for others. The wait for us was usually 20+ minutes. We changed to taking a taxi, it is more money but you leave the airport in minutes. We go to Cabo often, paying for a taxi is easy. Also, with a shuttle, you leave the resort really early to return to the airport, where a taxi, it is on your own schedule.

The taxi's I saw at the airport in Nov will not hold 4 people. They are for the most part ford fiesta's or something similar They barely fit 2 and your luggage .Not saying there not any others around, just an Observation. A compromise might be a private van ?? or just winging it, I'm sure you'll figure something out
    Have a great trip ,

They have larger taxis (vans) available if needed. We have used a taxi with 4 people several times with no problems.
