I was at Temptation a few years ago - with a friend who was only 20 - we had no problems - My girlfriend & I are planning a trip this year for her 21st birthday - but in order for it to be cost effective, we'd be there a few days before she turns 21. Just curious as to whether or not they've gotten any more sticky on that or whether they actually check or not? I was 21 last time I was there, but no one actually checked our ID or anything.
You would probably be fine as long as you stay out of trouble. Some ''laddies'' bragged on a previous post of being under aged and getting away with it. On the negative side would suck to be in Mexico without a room for a few days Last time I was there they did photo copy my pass port if i recall correctly ??
last year I actually seen security checking a "VERY" young looking group. But I would say since she is turning 21 there you should be fine. I would contact the resort directly. They are great to work with and it would suck to find out too late.
we took my son and his friend last may for their 21st bday. Neither one was 21 until 3 days into trip. My son is very young looking. Didnt have a problem with either one getting in.
If it were me, I'd check with the resort before and explain the situation. I'd guess you'll be fine...but if you show up after a long day of air travel and are told to come back in three days...then what? Better safe than sorry.
you should be fine as she is turning 21 while thier, yes they do copie your passports/ID but thats SOP for most places now a days. as long as you don't get into trouble you should be good to go.
