Age Disparity and a couple other questions

We went for our first time last year. Found the age range from high 20's to high 60's. Did not notice anyone making a big deal about me being in the 60's group. I felt a bigger need to hide the 10 pounds I put on that week than my old age... go and have fun ...U will find people there that U will be comfortable partying with. . . U might even come back for more fun the following year...

 

Just got back last week. We are both 27, have been together for 11 years. You truly cannot appreciate how friendly everyone is until you are there. They will welcome you in with open arms regardless of age. If it doesn't bother you, it won't bother anyone else. Enjoy!

 

We were 26 when we went to TTR for the first time. The age range varies. We always have a blast with everyone of all ages!

 

I'm 23 and my guy is 25 and we're currently planning for our 3rd trip. We are definitely on the younger side but you forget all about that when you're at TTR. Like they say, age really is nothing but a number. We've made friends and kept in touch with couples in their 60's. You're going to have an amazing time!

 

We as well are in our 20's and I can't tell the difference in peoples age anymore. It doesn't bother us at all and what we really like is that we can go and be as wild as we want and no one will look down on us and slap my wrist and put me in time out. If anything the more experienced ones in life can give us some pointers. Just do it and have a blast!

 

Theme nights is the easiest to answer, just keep an eyeball open in the Temptation Resort sub-board here on CCC (where we are right now) and sooner or later (hopefully sooner for everyone's shopping sake) there's going to be a so-called "Official" (They aren't Ha!) July Theme HNight Thread, and start participating in the voting and suggesting and altering, etc.

As to ages at TTR, we've met cool people ranging from a guy-gal fiancé combo who were 20 & 19 at TTR and another couple in their late 70's there partying it up like they were 30-somethings having their first glimpse of mid-life crisis! (Safety Note: Do NOT try to drink an old guy under the table - they ARE better at it than you are, even if your nickname is Beercules Or Whiskey God or whatever. Take it from experience...)

The "average" age for TTR sseems to slide up and down depending on the month, with the average actually being a bit higher in March (wouldn't of thunk it) and the lowest being in May we've noticed. But, the slider is really group-dependent, too, so you can't bank on it ever being anything.

Bottom line, even if you are with, perhaps Especially if you are with, a group in the average of 50s, you are likely to have the best party time ever at TTR. As things get younger, they somehow tend to get derailed when the younger crowd seems to take precedence.... weird body-consciousness issues, jealousies, cattishness from girls & dumbassery from guys seems ... enhanced in the youth vs the older. Hmm... maybe that is why it's called maturity? I dunno. But, it does siound as if you've forced maturity on yourselves to you'll be all good.

 

Well you have all answered my questions perfectly. The answers were right in line with what I thought. My wife and I are pretty open-minded and neither of us our a-holes so we should be just fine at TTR.

Age doesn't matter at all! You will have a great time. I'm always so blown away by how friendly people are at TTR! It truly doesn't matter how old you are, everyone will be nice and treat you like and old friend! Grab a drink, hop in the sexy pool and say HI to as many people as you can. We've met some great people there and while my wife is the shy one in our marriage, I try to say HEY to everyone possible because we want everyone to feel welcome and let their party side out! The more the merrier. Can't wait to see all you sexy people!

 

We're going in July from the 9th till the 23rd and we're both in our 20's and this will be our third trip. Its an awesome place and you won't feel out of place for a second, as everyone there seems to act in there 20's whatever there age lol. I'm 28 the misses is 25 our first trip was in 2012 and another trip in 2013 since then we haven't had a chance to get back till now. Were as excited as the first time we went if not more. :uk1:
