Advice regarding the button at the aiport?

Sean was randomly selected to miss our flight last year on our way to TTR! The TSA hand checked and x-rayed his carry on 3 times because they thought they saw sunglasses on the x-ray and couldn't find them. There weren't any sunglasses in the bag but so what if there were?!? Sunglasses on a carry onto Mexico. That is suspicious! This fiasco took 47 minutes from the time he was first told to step aside while I waited at the gate begging them not to close the door. Of course they did have to close the door and we spent our first night of vacation at home while our room at TTR went unoccupied. Our luggage did make the flight but who knows where it went because it wasn't in Cancun when we got there the next day. On the bright side the luggage did arrive day 2 and was delivered to our room but we sure looked silly hanging out at the sexy pool with Sean in a long sleeve shirt and khakis . We learned 3 good lessons 1.) Show up real early to the airport. 2.) Carry swimwear on your carry on. 3.) 4 Cuervos from Tiger will kill ANY bad mood .

 

Every time we have been through recently (6 times in the last two years) it's 1 push per family. Hope that helps. Good luck.
