we have been 27 times and all most once in every month of the year. every time in nov to march not bad but to cold for us SO NOW ITS APRIL AND SEPT MAYBE A HALLOWEEN JOIN US IN APRIL!!!!:daveandmo:
We hit Vegas one time and it was the coldest they had had in years. Got stuck waiting for a shuttle without winter gear and they were running way late. Never again waiting now we rent a car! Sometimes the weather is just a pain.
This is why we like the beginning of May. It would be nice to get away from the cold in Jan/Feb but it wouldn't be as warm as we like.
thanks for the comments guys but some of you have missed the main point, which is that we need somewhere hot to go as a winter break, end of...doesnt have to be Temptation but if its two weeks all inclusive it going to be our main and most expensive holiday of the year, normally go to spain for a week (have just booked benidorm in june...dont all the brits start cringing...i love it!) and friends in austria for a few days which is also hot in summer. so you see i need to find somewhere else and that somewhere is goa in india....when i am rich enough as i stated in the beginning i will revisit the cancun possibility:daisy:
We were there the week you were krimmer2 ( I believe). I agree it was the coldest trip I've taken. Luckily the pool was heated. We were there in December and had better weather. We've been to Cancun in the beginning of March and had perfect weather. We've also gone in October and it rained every evening from about 5pm until morning and a few times during the day too. There is never a perfect time to guarantee perfect weather, imo.
I feel your pain. I mean, the saying goodbye to Cancun. We always go in October. Of course. living in Houston, we don't really have a winter to get away from.
