Sounds like they are closing it in the middle of our stay, I wonder if we can complete it or be transferred to RM to finish

did you get confirmation? I'm booked for December and Thomas cook are telling me as far as they are aware its open.

 

My travel agent is in the process of booking us for November and she states they are still going to be open. I had her call TTR as well to confirm.

 

I'm abroad at the moment so I'm having difficulties as they are unable to understand me as the call keeps breaking up. Hopefully they'll still be open. Might have to wait until I return until I can confirm either way

I have to call back at the end of the week, as they are referring it to their head office. However, would a hotel close for nearly a year??

 

I'd hope not, although as disappointing as it would be they would have to offer refunds surely if it is true?

I'm not going to panic yet, will try to find out more next week. Only time will tell.
