I've seen people get away with it for a little while but you're right they did make her put bottoms on
Jen sewed together some coffee filters from Starbucks and made a bikini out of them. I got a box of wine and had the pictures blown up to be a bigger box size so I would fit in it. Then cut a hole in the front and put the tap out of the hole (well most of the night, occasionally something else would peak out for the right lady ) and on the inside of the box I taped the bag of wine from the original box to the bigger box. Then I fastened a Dixie cup dispenser to the side of the box and went around as a box of wine with actual wine coming out of the tap. Was a fun night
I did Duct tape belt and attached Mardi Gras beads to it hanging down all the way around and duct tape Bra top with beads hanging down all the way around it too looks cute But super heavy LOL don't think I could pull off the electrical tape but I would love to try that
Last May Elyse made a mini corset type top and small skirt-like bottoms out of two decks of cards. She had regular playing cards for the top, and over-sized ones for the bottom that she just basically stapled together, then it was taped on. It was like 5 minutes of prep at home before just to make sure it would work, then 5 minutes putting it on down there. She did wear an actually bra and panties under. I made a ball pit our of pvc and netting that i wore around my waist that had suspenders to hold it up, and was filled with plastic balls and small balloons. Neither of these costumes were very functional, but they did last a couple of hours(I think). There were cards and balls all over PatyO's by the end up the night.
