Breakfast is a MUST. Kick starts your metobolism. I always try to eat three meals a day while there. Just to soak up as much booze as possible. Dinner normally is my lightest because at that point I am normally half kicked in the a$$ and just need something on my stomach to hold me over for a night of drinking. I tend to drop pounds on vacation too...simply because I am much more active while on vacation than at home. Not to mention my husband is insulin dependent diabetic...so he must eat. Bridget
Just get an all inclusive, and you can eat as little or as much as you want, plus drink as much too...
i always had a giant hangover breakfast and then a little snack in the evening.. the less you eat, the less you spend getting drunk lol
I always grab the hangover breakfast to kick-start the engine for the next round. Usually grab a snack in the course of the day and have a decent early dinner before heading out.
i get brekfast when i get up, then some sort of dinner before going out, but then u know that lol i eat less on holiday but drink tons
hahahahahahah our hotel just like has an area for burgers lol but i said to loads of people in our hotel i was like we fly so many thousands of miles to eat the same crap we do at home
