the worst part is lil one, you know who this 'friend' is.... a somewhat IMPOSING person. his name starts with an S?? yeah... thats right.... HIM!!!!! can you believe it>?! the thing is jason i already did apply for it. i had my interview set for 1pm tomorrow. i just got told its been cancelled. i dont know who im more mad at. HIM?? or the company for being so unprofessional about it!!!
If he knew you were going for that position, I would be pretty mad at him!! But if he didnt know.............. then I would be mad at the company, either way, sucky situation!!!!! :evil:
he knows i have been working up to it, its hardly been a secret. but the thing is that there are so many other people i work with that have really put so much effort in, not even for a promotion just so they can gain the respect they deserve from working so hard. now its all been for nothing for them too! the fact that i cant tell anyone at work about this is annoying because the other person that applied is still happy in the knowledge that he has a good chance. it sucks. plus i could really have done with the extra money, not that it was a lot but still. anyway, the sun is shining here (for once) and im going to go to a beer garden later and enjoy it! i might start thinking about a new job, but will see how this turns out first once i have spoken to boss!!
