I'm looking for a two bedroom apartment or villa to rent for the month of November. I'd like a nice place, preferably in one of the better regions in or around Cancun. Willing to pay anything from $500 to $1200 (for one month's rent.)

    Can anyone help?

    Jonny.

I am renting from another member I found on this board, Nancy. My apartment is RIGHT on the beach and is in that price range. I know she owns and rents other units here too...

I am not sure if she has anything available but you can give her a try: nancymyersmx@yahoo.com

Thanks for the tip on another Nancy! We will be looking in a year for a three-month winter rental. I sent her a note.

I've got a condo I'm fixing up now and I will be putting it up for rent in the next few weeks, as soon as the paint dries. It's 2 BR plus a bonus room, it's in SM31 which is a safe and convenient area, but not expensive. You can walk to good sushi, Starbucks, Walmart, Soriana etc. It has an assigned parking spot. It's on a quiet street, on the 2nd floor, near a big park.

It's got a new fridge, a new stove, new ceiling fans, and it has a/c in one BR (most long-term rentals here don't include appliances). We're asking $475 usd per month plus all utils, 6 month minimum.

PM me if you want more info.

Hey Jonny. A Region is probably not what you are looking for as they can be wayyyyyyyyyyyy far from everything. You want an SM, or Super Manzana, if you want to be more convenient to downtown.

This is a basic map of the downtown area and shows some of the SM's.

    http://www.caribbean-on-line.com/cn/cnmap.shtml

Walmart and Sams are not shown but are at the bottom left pretty much in the Legend area, to the left of SM 20.

Feel free to send me a PM if I can help you with any questions that are too specific to post on this forum.
