Steve..Going to miss seeing U on the cruises but it's more important that U get better for Jannet and the kids!! :headbanger: So take care of yourself and I'm sure someone in each group would be happy to help Jannet! U helped us all have an AWESOME vacation with the Boob Cruise!! :ernaehrung015: Now we can help U!! :xyxthumbs:
Cheers to a speedy recovery, Steve. Please know your CCC family is behind you and will rally however you need us.
I think everyone who has been to TTR or on the Boobs Cruise should rally together for steve doing what ever we can and send good spirit his way.
Take Care my fellow Englishman and friend, thoughts and prayers are with u and Jannet, will miss seeing u in may but know I will see you and Jannet again soon xo
Steve, Well wishes and prayers are being sent your way. Hopefully you will receive appropriate diagnostic testing and treatment while you are gone. Jannet will probably not miss a beat with managing the Boobs Cruise while you are gone. Hopefully we will see you both in June, but if not, I know you are doing what is best for your health and we will see you at another time. Dawn
I've been popping in and out of this thread all day but didn't want to post every 5 minutes. I'm overwhelmed by all the kind and supportive messages. I suppose I shouldn't have been surprised really - this is a fabulous community. For the first time ever I really am not looking forward to going back home, but I suppose it has to be done. I will of course let everyone know how I'm getting on when there's anything to report. In the meantime, party on without me!
A difficult one but it sure sounds like the right one. If you decide to join us on the 4/30 cruise we will do our best to make it special. Of course we also understand if u have other business to take care of before departure. We will be back many times in the future supporting the cruise/site that has brought us so much happiness. Thanks.
I had a PE four years ago -- blocked one lung and partial on the other. I had no pain, just extreme shortness of breath. I almost died, because I didn't recognize it and didn't get treatment for three days! My pulmonologist told me that, had I been a smoker, I would be dead. I have had a full recovery -- took Coumadin for a year. The generic warfarin gave me poor PNR readings, so I went back to the real stuff. Good luck, Steve!
Definitely always put yourself first!! We will be praying for you over here! If you ever need anything we are always here for you as much as we can be.
