4th Annual Cancuncare Reunion - New Orleans 9/5-7/14

Annette and I will see you there. You will be traveling with a rough crowd, so have fun as you head up north. Are there two or three coming this year?

 

The Saints are not playing in New Orleans this year but I see Georgia tech is playing Tulane while the MAW is there! We will have some college company

if you plan on being a part it is critical that you get your weekend pass asap......we have to turn in food counts and the only way we will know food counts is for you to purchase your weekend pass

note: Weekend passes can be picked up at the meet and mingle and or pre parade party on saturday

 

Please help us out by booking your weekend pass soon. The hotel and Bourbon Cowboy both need firm numbers for Friday night early this week. We want to be prepared for everyone, but don't want to waste $$ that could go to Make-A-Wish on food that we will not need!!

CALEB & SCOTT'S MEET N' MINGLE
Purpose: A chance to get to meet everyone, enjoy some music, have some fun as we kick off the celebration weekend
Location: Queen Anne Room 2nd floor at Hotel Monteleone
Time: 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
Dress: Undefined - everything from dressed up to dressed down and in between shorts to suits

Notes: As part of the weekend pass package, food will be served at this event. It is included in your weekend pass. A cash bar will be provided as well. Be sure and make this event as it is a great way to meet everyone and kick off your weekend on the right food.

DAVID WAYNE & RASHAN'S BOURBON ADVENTURES
Purpose: To introduce everyone to Bourbon Street and the French Quarter in dramatic fashion
Location: Bourbon Cowboy @ 241 Bourbon Street (upstairs and balcony reserved for our group)
Time: 10:00 p.m. - until
Dress: Undefined - everything from dressed up to dressed down and in between shorts to suits

Notes: As part of your weekend pass package, food will be provided here. This is included in your weekend pass. A cash bar will be provided and 2 for 1 drinks all night. We will also be selling beads with proceeds going to the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Keep in mind, this is night one - don't over do things on night one or you will regret it!

JIM & TERRA'S PARADE THROUGH THE QUARTER
Purpose: To celebrate what we have all done all year long (and on this weekend) for the Make-A-Wish Foundation
Location: Royal Room 1st floor at Hotel Monteleone
Time 11:15 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Dress: Pirate theme dress

Notes: Cash bar will be provided. For those whom have attend in years past, please make a note of the change in location..........Royal Room not the Carousel bar. Group Picture will be taken between 11:45 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

RYAN & JHAYLEIGH'S PIRATES & PUBS PUB CRAWL
Purpose: To celebrate and have a blast!
Location: Cats Meow, The Swamp, Bourbon Cowboy, The Beach
Time 1:00 p.m. - until it ends
Dress : Pirate theme dress transitioning into costume swaps for those who enjoy that...umm.. Mike and Effie

Notes: As part of your weekend pass package, food will be provided. Make sure you wear your band so that you will be allowed into areas set aside for us (remember it will be busy and you will be glad you wore it) CHINOS WILL EMCEE SO EXPECT CRAZY GOOD TIMES!!!

NICOLE & TRACY'S SUNDAY BRUNCH
Purpose: To grant the wish of a very special child
Location: Queen Anne Room 2nd floor at Hotel Monteleone
Time: 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Dress: Casual to Undefined


Notes: Cash bar will be provided to purchase mimosas and bloody mary drinks and more. As part of your weekend pass, this brunch is included. Be sure you wear your wrist band for entrance. This event brings the weekend together and makes it complete. It is a can't miss event!!

WEEKEND PASSES ENTER YOU INTO EACH EVENT - WEEKEND PASSES CAN BE PICKED UP AT THE CALEB & SCOTT'S MEET N' MINGLE ON FRIDAY NIGHT!!!!!!
