Unlike most people who posted about it last year, we really enjoyed She. 90% of comments I saw last year on Flame were negative due to meat quality, but I see people posting on this thread that it is good, so perhaps they have stepped up their game. We did not try it. Italian was good, as always. Sutra was also good (we did not try the hibachi part) If you are staying in the Tower, the rooftop is THE BEST place for lunch, hands down.
Honestly, they are all good and it really depends on your taste preference for cultural foods. She and Flame used to be my least favorites, but they both stepped it up and are now on par with all the other dinner restaurants. She is now an a la carte menu, inspired by items on their previous tasting menu. Check out my other post summarizing all the restaurants, it'll help you choose. If you plan it properly, you could eat at every single spot in 4 nights: Amores/Buffet is open at Lunch so you can skip those for dinner; you could eat a light dinner at 6pm to taste a menu, then go again another restaurants at 9pm And don't be shy ordering multiple courses from a menu, in my opinion, most of the appetizers are better than the entrees.
I would rotate between Italian and Japanese. If you like beef avoid flame at all costs because it was a horrible cut of steak.
We absolutely loved SHE, and sutra. Never had the “old” she ... only the new one. Food was best meal of our week.
