I guess that I always look to the US and Canada first for family vacations with the national parks and theme parks and just gorgeous scenery in both our countries. My kids are both getting a chance for non-North America sights this summer as one is going to Australia and the other to Europe. Me, aw, I don't know, maybe we'll go to Cleveland!
10 nite cruise New York-Montreal, stay a. Couple nights in both cities. Tons of history, lots to do. Check out the fortress of Louisburg in Sydney Ns, old Quebec City. Great cruise
We went to barcelo maya resort 8 times from 2005-2011 they cater to kids, huge swim parks, kids events and a playground. Swings, child care etc etc. and its just an hour down the road from temptations encase you need a day pass its between playa and tulum
so we started really researching the list yesterday on where to go next year with the family. Problem is coordinating 2 different time share exchange weeks so we started to look at what is currently available to take next year rather than put in a request and hope we get it. What came up was astonishing, a resort in Cancun with 2 weeks back to back. Looked at the pictures, website did a bunch of research and while looking at the pictures we noticed something in the background... a dock and some simple boats. Thinking to ourselves, that looks familiar, I decided to place the resort on a map, well take a wild guess where it is. Yep right next door to TTR, to the south. Wouldn't that be a trip! Kids lets take a walk down the beach... just stay to the south, NO GOING NORTH!!! may have a fun nightly excursions though?!
booked well we settled on Cancun for our first week and then going back to Florida for our second week to save on some $. We will be down in Cancun staying at the Omni Vacation Club(on the lower part of the seven). We might have to see if we can sneak away for a night pass over to TTR while we are there! Looking into our couple only vacation in week 8 this year but not sure if it will fly or not. We may be stuck coming over the kids spring break like the past 2 years.
