singles (men) in big groups seem to be the problem as well....i think it is the group mentality....making it 25 and over would have meant my wife (the pretty lady in the avatar) wouldn't have been able to come last time or this time (meaning neither could i)
We agree! We went to Temptations for our first time when we where 21! Thats crazy making an age limit of 25! It would take away a lot of the fun of the resort!!!
The important part of you comment was the "WE'',, alot of people have been turned off by the young singles. But to her original question ,,, imagine arriving in Mexico and being turned away from the hotel you were booked at,,, better play it safe and go elsewhere.
To suggest that the resort should restrict those under 25 is pretty ridiculous. What age would people be cut off then?? No one over 50?

I think the age is not the issue, it's more of the level of respect people show towards others that is important, I do agree that big groups tend to provoque disrespectful behaviour as we encountered when we were at RIU Cancun during spring break last winter but the funny thing is it wasn't the younger croud that was the problem it was a group of about 8 guys in there late 30's that caused issues being drunk and disrespectful to all women on the resort including the staff of the resort as for the younger croud they behaved with respect towards everyone all week, thumbs up to them, I have to say that I had already judged that the younger ones were going to be the issue but was I ever wrong so never again am I going to judge by age category, I think people that are disrespectful should be the ones dealth with on an idividual basis, sorry for the long paragraph but that was my 2cents, no offence to anybody elses opinions, just had to share why I think this way, we are in our late 30's and we love partying with all age groups as long as everyone is respectful, thanks for reading.

Wow a hot topic always! I must say I do agree with whoever proposed the 25 and up as I am a six time repeater to the resort. I also agree with those that say age does not matter as we have met plenty of young singles that we're a blast, but they were always in small groups or couples. So far three of our visits to TRR have resulted in some young single guy getting arrested by the local police (what a way to ruin a vacation). I think a lot of the problems CCC repeaters have seen is not only due to a bunch of 21 year olds in an environment of free booze but also the fact that TRR is a topless resort and promotes itself as such. Everytime there's a problem you can see it coming at the sexy pool during the day. The group of young singles that act like they never saw a set of boobs before (and most likely haven't). They end up harassing the women or sit the with their camera phones. Not for nothing a lot of repeaters really don't want their photos posted on some kids Facebook page due to the fact we actually have jobs and arent still living off mommy and daddy's nipple. This August we were there and there was the group of young singles that yet again didn't participate in anything events other than beer pong and camera phones during naked volleyball (to the point Sara 69 had to intervene) when asked to play their usual answer hell no. Then after drinking all day and having no idea or concept of "pace yourself" they show up at patty O and ruin theme nights for those that participate. After all this is an adult resort where folks can go to escape their families and everyday life, not a roman orgy which is what these kids see to think it is.
I think over 25's is a good idea, but I am sure that during the past some of the troublemakers in groups have been over 25, it's their behaviour and attitude that was the problem. A large group of girls would cause just as much trouble if they were so inclined. Hey can you just imagine the chaos that it would cause if the girls hit on our men the way some of the boys do to the women! Oh Hell it just doesn't bear thinking about it!!!!! I know how vulnerable mine would be after a day drinking at the pool LOL!!! Then it would be us girls protecting our men!!! Even if they thought that they didn't need protecting from predators!!!
