Our 1st trip was done that way directly through the resort but we also did our shopping - we got our trip for less by compairing the link steve...
We still have our orange bracelets from May of this year they worked out good for us.

When we were there we used ours with no problem - used it on the spa and the gift shop.
We met him a few times and did enjoy him - he will be missed by all.
