Last day in the gym still can't do much with my foot just bike and wights . Just glad it's not in plaster . Iam taking my trainers hope to get in...

well just ended up in A&E thought i had broke my foot !!! but ive just torn my ligaments, not what you need 5 days before you go away . no shoe...
1lb down lost 25 in total now 6 days to ttr want 2 stone (28lb)before I went so I'll just have to be good these next 6 days
