They just announced they will be doing the all night party on Nov 10th.
If I need ice I just go to the nearest bar and get it from a bartender. They are always accommodating.
Water from the tap is fine on the resort. I brush my teeth with it and drink it all the time. Never an issue.

They did Glow Night at the pool when I was there in February so I would guess they will every other week in April too.
