There are some in the TTR gift shop, as I saw some people using them. But we got ours off Ebay a few weeks before we went.
We used USA Transfers as advertised on this site. They were prompt, friendly, there waiting for us at the airport, and no problems at all.
You see all kinds at TTR, and I personally enjoy the variety.
