Yes, I think that post on the GP page was meant to troll the TTR regulars or discourage us from coming.
I don't think they promote it, but do allow it at the pool and beach. People there now said people are still topless.

We are there with a pretty good sized group of TTR regulars, so I really don't think it will be boring.
