It will happen, I'm betting with maybe 2/3 of the rooms in some type of usable status.
If we return, the tower might be an option based in pricing. Right now they are booking tower rooms on a few websites for about $40 more per night.
I just have the feeling the work will slow down if they open on time, too many workers gawking instead of doing labor.
