We definitely leave tip for maid they work the butts off and they will do extras for you if you take care of them ! Water, Beer, towels ETC....
Not sure they have always taking them with smiles on there faces and have had workers even ask for extras I guess they may be smiling because...
30$ is probably very good number give or take either way each day and we have found they love 2$ bills so we will bring 100$ worth of 2$ bills...
