I'm not sure what the cost is, they let us in for free because we were staying at their chain of hotels (oasis), I think it's free for ladies...
Not to mention they drive you there too which is nice, all you have to do is get a ride back on the bus or deal with the taxis

The City is supposed to be up there with Coco Bongo, I personally like the Thursday night foam party at the club up and down at the Grand Oasis....
