    Apparently HIII was closed in hopes to push more Hedo clients to HII, as both were not meeting revenue/occupancy expectations.

    Same for us. Hedo III was awesome. Hedo II just wasn't the same. TTR and DRM became our go-to places once HIII closed.

    Sea Mountain Resort - Palm Springs C/O and L/S friendly. Very small and expensive, but was decent for a weekend
