You can be topless anywhere besides inside of the resort (IE. restaurant and main lobby) or at least that is what we have seen. Hope this helps....

If you go to TTR web site there is a theme night scheduled. They are all fun the crazier the outfit the better
Breathless is also a great option. They have 3 different pool ranging from shot yourself board to party topless pool and women dancing on polls....
Tell you the truth I can’t remember but there a few store right there with in the block I’m sure you can find something close to what your looking...
We could do neon hats with are groups party name on the front and matching neon bathing suits so when your in the pool people can still pick you...
Yes they do but I think if you walk across the street from TTR there is a convenient store and it’s much cheaper
