It takes us several days to get back to normal after a TTR trip with all the drinking,Partying, very little sleep but hey..It's all good :)

Those things seem to work great. Christy gets sick easy on boats and with the patch it don't bother her at all.
Just wear a normal bikini on the first day and go from there. If you feel comfortable wearing something more extreme go change or wear it the next...
