There is a restaurant next to Casa Maya called "The Cove" not sure whether they and "Capains Cove" are connected though.
I cant think of any bars with swings in that area. The area has changed somewhat since 2004 though esp after the hurricane.

Spirit Air have cheap flights to Fort Lauderdale. Orlando is 180 miles from there so maybe hire a car and do it that way ?
