Hotel told us that a transfer from the airport to the hotel is included in our booking. In the past I have used USA Transfers. Is the hotel arranged transfer of similar quality/reliability ?
Hotel uses the “other guys”. Equipment is similar but we have waited for them quite awhile last two times. Never had that issue with USA. Next booking transport is not included so we are going back to USA Transfers.
If you booked through Premier / membership , it will be USA Transfers. Otherwise, the hotel uses another provider - can’t recall which one exactly.
No, it is not through Premier/Membership. I think the company is Aventour. Should I pass on it and pay the extra cost if USA Transfers ?
Aventour is OK, but they tend to overbook (as I said). Not sure the extra 20-30 min “possible” wait is worth $100? Up to you. We do like USA Transfers but when we book a Master or PH direct then transport with Aventour is included so….
They seem to double book their drivers or maybe they don’t adjust when flights are delayed. We waited 30 minutes in September for an SUV and ended up just taking a bus van from them.
