Hey everyone, We booked on the resort's website and have a confirmation number, but since we're paying the deposit with Amex it said "offline processing". We entered our info but noticed they haven't pulled the deposit yet. Anyone have a good email address for reservations? We just want to make sure our room is held as we booked for Halloween and they do sell out. Thanks.
I only have contacts for premier reservations. So I don't think that would help. But anyway I put my deposit down today, and they only take VISA or MasterCard
They do take Amex but can’t process it via the website. I’ll give them a call on Monday and just make sure they get it done.
