    I can give you our competition diets we use to get ready to get on stage for a fitness show but I promise you won't like them.. Hell I hate them and refuse to do them unless I have a show coming up. I will go to TTR fat and outta shape first :)

    Paleo diet and keto. After cutting wheat and grains out of my diet I lost 75 pounds! Weight lifting and mild cardio. Going keto now trying to get as lean as possible for summer and our trip to TTR in June.

    Ketogenics diet since November plus gym time 4 times/week for the mrs.

    Gave up all pop and low low carbs. Also switched to vodka soda . 17lbsdown in 8 weeks .

    We've had very good results with the Keto eating plans as well. Stephanie has done the most research on it, but it seems to be about low carb, higher fat, and moderate protein intake. It works, and it's not that hard. Even better if you can combine it with some consistent workout plan.

    28 days of food - breakfast, lunch, dinner (84 meals)
    Depending on the online coupon you can find, the 28 day supply runs about $300-330, less than $4 per meal.

    Food is good, but portions are small.

    Lost 12 pounds in 28 days.....with exercise.

    Lazy Keto for me and hitting the gym 4/5 days a week. Just need to be careful with drinking while on strict Keto.. (They say) Alcohol hits a lot faster and more intense. So I've been keeping my liver in check so no multiple 1st night curses for me while there.
