So I am a little worried that we are going to show up and be asked to stay at another resport because TTR is full. We dont show up until about 7pm and i just have a feeling we are going to be told they are full. How can we avoid this and make sure we dont get transfered to another place the first night? :icon_confused:
Call the resort,,,and do express check in on there website also let them know it will be a Late check in..Thats what i would do
Why in the world would you be bumped if you have a reservation? if your running late call them and tell them.
We got bumped to another hotel with about six other couples last year. Not much you can do, unfortunately. We are coming in May again this year and hope it doesn't happen this time. The good news: We made friends with our bumped counterparts and had a great time with them on vacation!
Our flight always gets us there by noon so we have not had that problem but we have met other couples who were bumped in February. I think it sucks that they overbook but I hear they usually upgrade and offer better amenities.
