Why does temptaion advertise itself as a "topless resort"

I've never been to Temptation before but I have seen it mentioned a lot about it being a "topless resort" and that "nobody will judge you". Is going topless not allowed in America and Mexico usually?
Any holidays I've been to in Spain, Italy, France, Turkey etc then topless sunbathing is pretty normal in family resorts.

 

Temptation is a topless Adult resort while it's sister resort "Desire" is a completely clothing optional resort. This has more to do with the marketing of their resorts. While sunbathing topless for ladies in most countries is the norm... in Mexico it's excepted but I believe very Catholic and therefore somewhat frowned upon. You should have no worries though if you are on the property or even the beach and you are topless... everyone just goes with the flow.

 

Toplessness is pretty much the exception rather than the rule in the Western Hemisphere. *There are only a dozen or so resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean - and far fewer in the United States - where it is considered acceptable. *(Europeans are so much more progressive on this front!)

 

Here in Ontario you are allowed to walk around topless in public. December 1996 an Ontario Court of Appeal unanimously ruled that its legal, and it has been ever since...So just come to our backyard and sun tan, we will even apply the lotion...LoL.

As somebody pointed out, but it took a lesbian couple in southern ontario who were charged by police, with indecent exposure, to fight all the way up to the sepreme courts of ontario, to win the right for females to bare thier breasts in public.

Now of course, being Canada, the land of the uptight, added many restrictions to this freedom, such as being topless to advertise or promote a product, being in a public area where children regularly gather such as schools/playgrounds and inside any public malls or enclosed sports facilities is still against the law. That just about restricts this to streets and your back yard, LOL!

Also, Ontario is the only place this is allowed, rest of Canada excluding a very few secluded and hard to access beaches/areas spread out over the country that naturalists can visit without being hassled or arrested.

Now you understand why most Canadians, single or couples, find a place such as TTR/Desire such a exciting and sensual place to let loose. If any lady were to walk in any city in Ontario topless, She'd be hounded by dozens with cameras, local media would send a unit out and i'll even say police would follow to watch for them to break any of the many rules of this so called new freedom that almost sent to jail the young lesbian couple many years ago who fought for this simple freedom.

Personally, I've never seen any bare chested ladies walking or laying out in thier yards since this law was passed, typical of Canada, we are so passive and at times prudish in our own country it hurts, LOL!

Well not sure about the Lesbian part as it was Gwen Jacob was arrested for walking in a street in Guelph, Ontario while topless..

 

Now you Canadians can't take all the credit for being "uptight". A large large percentage of Americans can't handle women's breasts. I truly believe that the porn industry doesn't want America to relax on nudity. Because if it was accepted it would cause nudity not to be " dirty " anymore..... thus cutting into the porn worlds $$$$$$$$$$$$ Just my opinion others will vary.......:soccer:

 

Our public beach in Port Stanley Ontario has topless women everyday... at least during summer months!!!!lol

 

I think Temptation is so close to the States and no many places in the States allowing topless. So market it as topless resort will make people feel safe that they won't get arrested if they go topless.

 

I have been to Canada in June and nearly froze my boobs off - and I was wearing a hoodie with thermal underwear - LOL
