Zucchini recipes?

    Sparkey and I started a garden this year and now we have lots of zucchini! I am planning to make zucchini bread and hope to give some away. But what else can I make with zucchinis....... of course I am the only one in the family who'll eat them. :D

    I love to slice them along with summer squash, garlic, onions and bell peppers....yum!

    oh i know how u feel i have about 12 zucchini plants in my garden and every day i am picking them, i picked 13 monday, 8 tuesday, 6 yesterday and 1 today plus the ones i already had in the house plus the like 10 i gave out we dont know what to do with them either!! my mother also makes zucchini bread, u can cut them up fry them, put them on the grill, make kebabs, put them in a salad, make a zucchini salad, were running out of things too, roadside stand perhaps?

    my dad grows it as well....i love it.....deep fried zukes are the best
