I just searched YouTube for BBG and found about 25 videos. A couple of the videos were of some pool side games where the girls were topless. I'm pretty sure that these girls aren't aware that they are on YouTube topless. YouTube lists the person that submitted the video. If these girls want the video pulled from YouTube, can they get that done? Are there any repercussions for the person that submitted the video? I know that we’ve had many, many discussions about unwanted pictures popping up on the internet, but I view this somewhat different. This is a searchable video library that is very much in the public domain. The guy that produces “Girls Gone Wild” videos get sued all of the time (and he has them sign releases). Is YouTube possibly liable here? Marsh
You can click the video as inappropriate and also email youtube! if you need help let me know i'll report all them for you
just goes to show that no body knows you but someone gives a $#i* cause if they didnt they wouldnt be filming those games and posting them on youtube. perhaps people should be a bit more careful about what they do when they are on holiday or perhaps there should be a no camera rule around the pool :?
