I will be staying in the hotel zone next month for a few days. I'm looking to do some yoga while I am there. My hotel doesn't seem to offer it. Can anyone recommend a yoga studio or class? I'd prefer to pay under $15usd a class. Also, are there any running routes that you love? I plan to run about 5 miles each day, though that might be too ambitious to do while on vacation...:icon_surprised: Thanks!
Where are you staying? Right int he Hotel Zone is a running path....or sidewalks. From km 0 to Le Blanc which is like KM 11, is a great smooth path. Also at KM 0 on Tues and Thursdays @ 6:30 is a free yoga class. It is in Spanish, but the instructor knows English and can guide you. If you don't know, Km 0 is the entrance to Downtown. So take any bus from your hotel, heading to downtown, and get off at the first stop and walk backwards.
The poured concrete sidewalk along the hotel zone can have an occasional hole in it which could pretty much break a leg, so just watch the surface in front of you (they're not always marked off).
