A couple of years ago, there were No Xcaret tours that allowed for a 5pm return to Cancun. Are there now? THX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Just curious, but why would you want to leave there so early. The best part is the night show. That is the main reason I go.
But to answer your question, I have heard of tours that leave at 5 or 6.

I would encourage going when you can stay the whole day. The show alone is worth the price of admission. Have you seen it yet?

I've been there twice, and would definitely recommend staying in the park and seeing the show--at least the first half, where they do the flaming ball game and the platform diving. The second half is all traditional dances from every state in Mexico. It's nice, but gets repetitive after a while.

Another really cool thing to do there during the day that doesn't seem to be very well advertised--so you have to really look for the meet-up time--is the "tour of the underworld." They have costumed people acting out rituals in the caves and on the river, and it's really amazing.

For dinner, there's a really nice buffet at the park, and I think there are some sit down restaurants, too. I haven't heard really good things about the dinner/show package, though.

Definitely one of the best places to spend a couple of days around Cancun, especially with the kids.
Would recommend it to all, don’t miss the evening show.
